Singer/Songwriter Kenny Eng

Bay Area native singer/songwriter Kenny Eng swung by The Closet for an acoustic in-studio session. Kenny was classically trained and played piano during his earlier years of his musical training before learning guitar. He released his debut album “Self Centered” in 2008 before spending the next year and a half traveling the West Coast and building his fan-base. Earlier this year, he released a live album “Live from Lestat’s” based on a compilation of tracks from two live sets at the San Diego venue. Additionally, Kenny opened for Jason Mraz. Kenny’s four song in-studio set included songs from the album, Death Cab For Cutie’s “I Will Follow You Into the Dark”, as well as an exclusive brand new unreleased track .
